CBRE | WTW held an awards ceremony on 21 April 2026 to recognise TAR UMT high achievers for the Bachelor of Real Estate Management (Honours) programme.

The CBRE | WTW Student Award Presentation is a prestigious industry recognition initiative jointly organised by TAR UMT's Faculty of Built Environment (FOBE) and CBRE | WTW. The award aims to acknowledge and reward students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance as well as outstanding capability in real-world professional challenges.

Recipients were selected through a rigorous, multi-stage process. The Faculty first nominated the top 10 students based on their Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). From this pool, candidates underwent two competitive challenges. The first was an interview session conducted by CBRE | WTW at TAR UMT, which shortlisted five finalists from the top 10. The second challenge required candidates to complete a presentation and essay writing assessment designed to evaluate their communication, analytical, and professional skills.

The award recipients are Chong Jia Cheng, Lew Jia Zheng, Michelle Wong Xin Yun, Lee Jia Qi and Fong Manlyi.

The award ceremony was graced by Sr Tan Ka Leong, General Managing Director of CBRE | WTW, accompanied by Ts Dr Wong Wai Fang, Dean of FOBE.
